provide legal representation, searches for outstanding debts on the property, validates that the seller is legally able to sell the property, arranges for a meeting at the Notary in order to register you as the legal owner on the deeds (Escurita). On your behalf obtain NIE numbers (required for non residents) or a Residence Permit (if required), draw up a Spanish will (required for your property in Spain), advise on tax issues etc. Can also act with power of attorney over your Spanish bank account in order to pay bills while you are not in Spain (water, electricity, phone community charges etc) - keeping you regularly informed and ensuring that you are not cut off !
Spanish Bank Manager-
We will introduce you to the Bank Mangers at several banks including, Banco de Valencia, Bankinter and Caja Murcia. They are English speaking and very helpful, they will also give you advice on Spanish Mortgages and transferring funds. Your Spanish bank will have secure internet access for you.
