Polaris World Beach Club

Polaris World have announced that they are now going to construct 2 beach club s, one on the tip of the La Manga Strip with access via a ferry service. This will be for residents of Orillas del Mar Menor (Mar Menor, La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme, El Valle, La Loma and Las Terrazas de La Torre golf resorts).

Of particular note is that they are also going to build 3 or possibly 4 large detached villas at the La Manga Beach Club. These will be in the several millions of euros price bracket we have been told.

The other Polaris World Beach Resort will be located on the beach in the Puerto Mazarron area and will be for residents of Condado de Alhama.

Details are literally non-existent at the moment (even at Polaris HQ) so more about this when we get it.
