We have uploaded a new set of photos showing construction progress at La Manga beach Club on the La Manga Strip. These can be found by clicking here - LA MANGA BEACH CLUB UPDATE PHOTOS In a meeting between us and the developer, they stated that Block 4 is in the process of being handed over to clients, Block 3 is waiting for the "Habitacion Certificate" from the town hall so should be handed over in February / March and they are hoping to deliver blocks 1 and 2 in July 09. Work continues around the site on the amenities, particularly the beachside swimming pools.WE are scheduled to be out in Spain again towards the end of February and will have more updates then. |
