Condado de Alhama is back on sale!!

Yes it is true, the golf resort that some thought would never happen has gained all of the necessary permissions and is now back for sale. Polaris World were denied the initial permissions for Condado de Alhama some months back and were told to resubmit plans and decided to take it off the market as they were unsure how long it would take them to get it all authorised. However after resubmitting a plan to the town hall the 2500 houses and the partial plan for the whole resort has been granted. It is thought that they will submit plans for the remaining properties for sale in stages.

The development is the same as before although the Los Altos apartments will not be on Alhama anymore. This is because their design is exclusive and as they are now on Mar Menor they will design more apartments for this area.

So as from Friday(28 July) late afternoon we can now sell on this fantastic golf resort once again. On the price list at the moment are the Cortijos detached villas and the Jardines de Alhama apartments. These have stayed at the same prices they were when originally released.

Polaris have released a statement to us:
‘Alhama town hall has given the final approval to our partial plan of Condado de Alhama by majority. This decision allows the sale of this Golf resort again, according to the original project and with all the guarantees. This enables us to begin the construction probably before the end of this year.

We don’t want to waste a minute so today we will release Jardines de Alhama and Cortijos de Alhama. The Master Plan is the same that you already know and includes the Nicklaus golf courses, the Town centres (Foro & Oasis), the Club House, etc.

We will release the project with the same prices and payment schedule that we had one year ago. This means that we will have again the most competitive product in the market, in price, quality, services and concept.

The Melvin Villarroel apartments once projected in Condado de Alhama will be built now only in Mar Menor Golf Resort. The reason for this is that we want to promote the exclusivity of this product and there must be necessarily a limited number of properties for sale.
