Rental Bookings
We are pleased to welcome Caroline to our team in Shrewsbury. She is now responsible for the Rental Bookings and Property Management and is based at our Shrewsbury office She has developed a holiday brochure and has also revamped the website www.direct2spainrentals.co.uk. We are now able to ‘book online’ and this is proving very popular. Caroline will be sending you a copy of the new brochure and details of a special rate that you can have if you wish to book a holiday to view the progress of your property.

Polaris World Completions
Polaris are continuing to complete on properties at La Torre, El Valle have completed on 40 properties, Hacienda Riquelme will be starting to complete in the autumn. Unfortunately they do not inform us when your property will be complete, they will write to you direct. Please let us know as soon as you hear and we will help you with your visit to the Notary, snagging, furniture, lighting, air con etc.
