Final 100 apartments at Hacienda Riquelme sold to private investor - Investment in Spain is not dead ! 16th Feb 09

Polaris World have sold the last 100 apartments at Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort to a private investor. Polaris World were offering a discount to anyone wishing to purchase a property at Hacienda Riquelme of between 25% and 35% just for these final few properties. This is another example of the “clever investor” recognising a good product at an excellent price. We are not sure what this investor is going to do with these properties, but even if he/she just sits on them for a couple of years, we are sure they will produce a healthy return.
