Frondoso Valley – Spanish country property within a nature reserve

Frondoso Valley is a Spanish country development with a collection of 3 types of property, semidetached 3 bedroom villas, 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses and 2 bedroom apartments. What is very different at Frondoso Valley is that they are surrounded by the Sierra de Carrascoy natural park, a beautiful protected mountain area with stunning views to the mountains and over the valley below to the city of Murcia. This Spanish country property development is an excellent location with the city of Murcia being only 15 minutes away. Because of this, several of the wealthier families from the nearby city of Murcia have large villas here already.

The village of Sangonera la Verde is a 5 minute drive and has several supermarkets, shops, banks and all of the usual services. The centre of the bustling historic city of Murcia is just 15 minutes drive with all the shopping you will ever need. There are 12 world class golf courses within a 45 minute drive with more being completed all of the time.

The main hospital and international school are both less than 15 minutes drive and there are local schools and a clinic in Sangonera la Verde which is only 5 minutes away. Frondoso Valley is served by 2 airports – Murcia (San Javier) – 40 minutes and Alicante – 50 minutes drive. The new Murcia International airport at Corvera is due for completion in 2009 and will be 20 minutes away.

So as you can see, this is a beautiful Spanish country development but with the benefit of being close to all amenities, close to the city of Murcia and not far from the airport or the beaches.

On the ground floor there is a private garden with off road parking, 2 covered terraces to the front and rear, a large lounge, bathroom with shower and a large fully equipped kitchen.
