Lomas de Roldan - nr Mar Menor - Murcia

Spanish property for sale new villas both detached and semidetached with communal pool at Roldan near Torre Pacheco Murcia Spain. Semidetached villas located on the outskirts of the small town of Roldan (15 minutes from the Sea).

The Mar Menor is a mecca for all kinds of watersports, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, scuba or just swimming. Golf is never far away here with the 3 courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas 25 minutes north, the 3 championship courses at La Manga Club 15 minutes south and no less than 10 others either being built or planned for the area!

Further afield, the regional capitol of Murcia is about 20 minutes drive and has a host of fine buildings and shops. A 20 minute drive south is the old port city of Cartagena which has a good array of shops and old buildings even a Roman Amphitheatre. There are several protected areas within half hours drive, Calblanque and Sierra de Carrascoy regional parks and the Salinas bird sanctuary to name but 3.
