Mar Menor Property for Sale - With such a wide variety of property for sale in Murcia, this page only displays properties in and around the Mar Menor area, within a short stroll or short drive of the Mar Menor beaches. As you can see, some of the lower priced properties offer a fantastic array of facilities particularly the golf resorts. Buying on the Golf Resorts (particularly Polaris World) does not mean that you have to be a golf “nut”. These resorts are only a short drive from the beach but also offer a wide range of facilities for all the family.

We are very selective of the developments that we offer to our clients and will only sell properties in Murcia that we would actually buy ourselves. Rather than selling you a property in Spain, we help you to buy a property in Spain – there is quite a difference.

We see our role as selling the Region of Murcia which is little known outside Spain and is still, primarily an agricultural region with tourism based on the Spanish market. It is good to see that with all of Spain to choose from, Spaniards are investing heavily in the region of Murcia, particularly for second homes near the sea or on the new golf resorts. We love the region of Murcia and are constantly finding new places of interest.

The area around the Mar Menor is well known for it’s salad vegetables and being almost surrounded by mountains and hills, has it’s own microclimate which results in the best climate in Europe according to the World Health Organisation, with over 320 days of Sun per year.

The Mar Menor itself is Europe’s largest lagoon and is almost cut off from the Mediterranean by the La Manga Strip. The waters of the Mar Menor are clear and in the summer very warm, due to it only being 7m deep at it’s deepest point. The Mar Menor is excellent for bathing and watersports of all kinds, there are many marinas, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing and diving schools dotted around the villages such as Santiago de la Ribera, Los Alcazares, Los Nietos and the La Manga strip.
