Los Miradores del Puerto is a collection of apartments at La Manga del Mar Menor (the La Manga Strip) Murcia Spain – overlooking the marina and near the beach. There are a variety of 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments with fabulous south facing unrestricted views overlooking the largest marina on the prestigious La Manga strip.

The apartment blocks at Los Miradores del Puerto are arranged in a fan shape and cleverly designed to offer all apartments views south over the large Thomas Maestre Marina and the beautiful Mar Menor beyond, in the 5 star area of La Manga. They are right next to the new Abity Beach 5 star Spa hotel.

These properties have superb build quality and are 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom in style. Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the kitchens are fully fitted with granite worktops, separate larder room and an additional utility room. All properties have underfloor heating as standard as wel as pre-installation of air conditioning.

All properties have at least one balcony (some have 2). The properties have a large communal pool and maintained garden. From this location there is a choice of the crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor and it’s beaches or the Mediterranean beaches, both of which are just a 200 yard walk away. At the entrance to the development is a large supermarket with a further one 50 yards away, there are a selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away.

A 20 minute stroll brings you to the commercial centre along the entrance to the marina with shops, supermarket, banks and the marina itself, which is surrounded with small bars and excellent restaurants. The properties are located on the entrance waterway to the marina which connects the Mar Menor to the Mediterranean. This area of La Manga (often referred to as the 5 star zone) is rapidly going up market. There are proposals for a new golf course and a new deep water marina on the Mediterranean side of the strip both of which will be just a short walk away and there is already a 9 hole golf course 2 miles further along the strip.

As with all properties, views and location are of prime importance. The picture to the right has been taken from one of the balconies of Los Miradores and shows the waterway that connects the marina which is located in the Mar Menor to the Mediterranean Sea, you can also see the marina beyond. All apartments have similar views.

The La Manga strip itself has a host of bars, restaurants and extensive beaches both on the Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea. It is a watersports paradise, with activities from simple swimming to snorkling and scuba diving on the marine preserves, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing or even just enjoying the Sun. The world famous La Manga Club is a short drive away and boasts 3 championship golf courses, football academy (where the England team train), tennis academy and 17 restaurants and bars. At the end of the strip, a short drive (or bus journey) away is the fishing village of Cabo de Palos, renowned for it’s fish restaurants and the best diving in the Mediterranean. The large Calblanque national park is a 20 minute drive and has lots to offer from totally unspoilt Mediterranean beaches to horse riding or even mountain climbing.
