 The Area
The seaside town of Aguilas is about 1 mile away and has 2 large sandy beaches divided by a castle. There are 2 long promenades and all of the usual facilities, bars, restaurants, shops etc. 1 mile north of the development is the small seaside village of Calabardina nestling under the large Cabo Cope headland – renowned for it’s diving and fine beach. The Cabo Cope Regional Park is a beautiful protected area.
 The Spanish are buying in this development (always a good sign). There are already several up market developments coming along, such as the nearby 5 star resort with Equestrian centre (a short walk away), recently released plans for no less than 5 new golf courses and a host of other facilities near Calabardina including a new marina. The new Murcia International airport at Corvera should be on stream in 2009 and the motorway link from Aguilas to Murcia airport is really opening this previously relatively unknown area of Murcia to tourism and development (Murcia airport 40 mins).
 These properties are an excellent investment as they can be sold before completion giving the possibility of a fantastic rate of return. 30% is due in 6 weeks with the rest on completion (end 2009).
