Santa Ana del Monte - Jumilla Golf

Santa Ana del Monte golf resort - Jumilla Golf has a selection of Spanish properties for sale surrounding the two 18 hole, par 72 golf courses designed by world renowned Pepe Grancedo. As well as the golf resort there will be a large Multi-Sport Centre, an Equestrian centre and a executive spa. There will also be a commercial complex with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, and even a 5 star hotel which will offer entertainment and more restaurants.

The Santa Ana Golf Resort near Jumilla is nestled under the mountains and surrounded by lush Spanish countryside. Although the golf resort is situated in a secluded part of the Spanish countryside it’s under an hour away for the airports in Alicante and Murica and 30 minutes to Murica City, the capital of the region. Jumilla is a typical Spanish village, with the history of village spanning back 2000 years, with local attractions including the Church of Santiago, an impressive castle that’s dates back to the period of Arab Domination and the Monasterio del Santisimo Rosario. Jumilla is most fanous however for it's exquisite wines, famous throughout Spain, which are similar to Rioja. There is a wine fiesta once a year and it is possible to go on 1, 2 or even 3 day wine tasting breaks here.

Being further from the coast means that properties here are more attracively priced. If you are thinking of eventually retiring to Spain and are interested in a country property, the villas here in particular may be of interest, as you will be out in the countryside, but at the same time have everything on your doorstep - even if you don't play golf !!
