Indeed, we believe that the Region of Murcia will become THE golf destination of Europe over the near future. All of these resorts are based around a golf course designed by the undisputed number one – Jack Nicklaus, but it doesn’t stop there, if you are not a golf nut – no problem, the resorts are designed to cater for the whole family with lots on offer for them to do too. In addition, the resorts will offer day trips to places of interest and they are all located a short drive from the beach. They all have a resort centre with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, pharmacy etc etc etc, some even have 5 star hotels. This coupled with the fact that if you buy on one resort, you can use the facilities and play golf on any of the others (at low rates) and the amazing prices for front line golf properties and it’s easy to see why Polaris World is such a hit. We think they are so good that we have bought 2 properties with them ourselves.

We realise that Polaris World is not for everyone though and if you come out on an inspection visit looking at golf property in Spain, then we will show you all of the property WITHIN YOUR PRICE RANGE. This means we may show you Tres Molinos, Hacienda del Alamo, La Manga Club, Peraleja Golf, La Serena or Mosa Trajectum and there are more and more golf resorts being released all of the time. All of these golf resorts are within half an hours drive of one another so the variety just can’t be equalled anywhere in Europe.

We will only show you property within your price range. We don’t sell you a property in Spain, but we do help you to buy a property in Spain - There is a big difference. However what we make no excuses for, is that we do sell the Region of Murcia. This region is little known outside Spain but has the best climate in Europe (according to the World Health Organisation) with over 320 days of sunshine per year.
