Polaris World is a collection of no fewer than 7 golf resorts with 9 golf courses - all designed by the World's greatest golfer, Jack Nicklaus - and 2 beach clubs located all located in Murcia. With an incredible variety of property on the golf resorts from apartments to townhouses and luxury villas at very affordable prices, both off plan and key ready, there is something for everyone.
 The Polaris World resorts are not just golf courses, they each have a variety of themed restaurants, Italian, Mexican, Argentinian, Asian to name but a few, a selection of bars, supermarket, clinic and pharmacy, travel agents, car hire, banking facilities etc etc etc, one even has a hospital and a full international Kings College school. All of the courses will have a different style, making Polaris World a fabulous golfing destination and very good rental and investment opportunity (buy or rent on one resort - play golf and use the facilities of all of the others). In addition to all of this, Polaris World are going to build 2 beach resorts which will be available for use by residents of all of the other resorts.

Mar Menor Golf Resort from Polaris World has presently 9 holes but is being extended to 18 holes. The resort centre includes a 5 star Intercontinental resort hotel with several restaurants and an up market spa. There is a social centre with another restaurant and 2 more bars, a gym, clinic / pharmacy, beauty salon, travel agent and supermarket. The extension making the resort up to 18 holes will include a tennis club and several more restaurants

La Torre Golf Resort from Polaris World is an 18 hole “Florida style” golf course including several large lakes. The resort centre already has a beautiful golf clubhouse with 2 bars and an excellent restaurant. There is a large supermarket and clinic/pharmacy and more to come over the next couple of months including a convention centre, 2 large restaurants set in the lake adjacent to the town centre, several additional restaurants and bars, a large spa and a 5 star Crowne Plaza hotel. El Valle Golf Resort from Polaris World is a “mountain – desert” style 18 hole golf course which is quite undulating and has a backdrop of the Sierra de Carrascoy mountains. This resort will have a 5 star plus Intercontinental hotel (due to be their flagship hotel for Europe) and a town centre with all of the usual Polaris World features – themed restaurants (Asian here – Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian) an well as normal international style restaurants. El Valle promises to be the most up market of all of the resorts with several villas costing in excess of 1.4 million euros.

 Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort from Polaris World is a lush 18 hole golf course of a similar style to that of Winged Foot where the US open was played in 2006. There will be broad fairways and greens with a variety of slopes. This course takes advantage of the natural undulating terrain and will probably be one of the most challenging of all of the Polaris World courses. The old Hacienda is a listed building and the resort centre here will follow on the architectural theme of the original buildings. It will have all of the usual Polaris World facilities and the themed restaurants here will be a Italian restaurant and a Brazilian / Argentinean steak restaurant. There are many communal pools and tennis courts located on site.

Condado de Alhama from Polaris World is an amazing project with 3 signature golf courses personally designed by the great man himself – Jack Nicklaus.  Polaris World La Loma Golf Resort and Sports Centre
La Loma Golf Resort from Polaris World is a 9 hole par three golf course specifically designed by Jack Nicklaus to be used for coaching. Indeed the La Loma Golf Resort is specifically aimed at instruction for a wide variety of sports including football (with a football academy), Tennis (with a tennis academy and full tennis stadium) and an Olympic sized pool for swimming tuition. This resort has a Mexican theme so it is not surprising that the themed restaurant here is Mexican. As usual, this resort has all of the usual Polaris World features.
