Direct 2 Spain was founded in 1999, Cindy is the UK Sales Director and operates from her office in Birmingham and Gill and John are the Overseas Directors and have the enviable task of travelling between their office in Shrewsbury and their office in La Manga.

Company Philosophy

Our company philosophy is to offer you property at the price that you would pay if you were in Spain, with all the support and help that you would expect from a registered UK company. We have formed strong links with a network of Spanish partners, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained. We realise that it is very important that when you visit Spain, you are looked after by friendly, professional staff and dealt with in a courteous manner, in a ‘no pressure’ environment. This may sound very elementary, but unfortunately it is not always the case with some larger companies. We are also very selective with the properties that we add to our sales portfolios, we will only offer you properties that we would want to buy ourselves

Properties

We have bought 6 properties ourselves in Spain and have sold one property before completion We live in a Marinesco 2 penthouse in the Tomas Maestre Marina, La Manga Strip which we love and we have another apartment right on the beach at Euromarina Towers, La Manga which we rent out. We also own a penthouse style apartment at the Polaris World Condado de Alhama Golf Resort.

We are totally committed to our work and enjoy talking about the region and the properties.
