Directors - Gill Hughes, John Hughes, and Cindy Edwards

Direct 2 Spain was founded in 1999, Cindy is the UK Sales Director and operates from her office in Birmingham and Gill and John are the Overseas Directors and have the enviable task of travelling between their office in Shrewsbury and their office in La Manga.

Company Philosophy

Our company philosophy is to offer you property at the price that you would pay if you were in Spain, with all the support and help that you would expect from a registered UK company. We have formed strong links with a network of Spanish partners, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained. We realise that it is very important that when you visit Spain, you are looked after by friendly, professional staff and dealt with in a courteous manner, in a ‘no pressure’ environment. This may sound very elementary, but unfortunately it is not always the case with some larger companies. We are also very selective with the properties that we add to our sales portfolios, we will only offer you properties that we would want to buy ourselves

Properties

We visit Spain for two weeks in every month, when we are not showing clients the area and the properties, we explore the area to find new places or new developments to add to our sales portfolio.

We have bought 6 properties ourselves in Spain and have sold one property before completion We live in a Marinesco2 penthouse in the Tomas Maestre Marina, La Manga Strip which we love and we have another apartment at Los Miradores de Puerto, La Manga which we rent out. We are also in the process of purchasing two apartments ‘off plan’, for the investment and the rental potential. These are at the Polaris World Golf Resorts of La Torre Golf Resort and El Valle Golf Resort
