Photographic Updates

When you have paid your deposit or reservation fee, we don’t just disappear into thin air. We will be there to help you at each stage until you have the keys to your property and beyond.

If you are buying off plan, we will visit the area regularly and take photographs of the progress of your particular property. The photographs will then be emailed to you or posted on our website so that you will have a record of the progress.

Sometimes there is very little to see other than a digger turning over the soil, but even this is very reassuring to our clients who may only visit the area once every 12 months.
